Judy Pula, Ph.D.

Judith J. Pula earned her Ph.D. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Rhetoric and Linguistics, with focus areas in the teaching of writing, reading, and English as a second language. Judy spent most of her teaching career as a popular English professor, achieving great success helping struggling students. During her time at the university, Dr. Pula was grateful to be honored as the state-wide college English teacher of the year by Maryland’s chapter of the National Council of Teachers of English.
Throughout and since her tenure as a university professor, Judy has specialized in the teaching of English and individuals with learning disabilities. Her students—and their parents—consistently appreciate the academic transformation and progress pupils make in reaching Pula’s exacting standards, plus the personal growth they experience under her care. For her own and other students, Judy sponsored several campus workshops devoted to Discovering Your Aces or superpowers.
Pula began her career in vibrational healing when Fred Payne invited her to his initial Level 1 Phoenix Vibrational Healing practitioner internship intensive in 2003. She is one of 15 individuals worldwide who studied with Fred through all nine levels of his training.
Judy has worked directly with Jeff for 10 years in private sessions, studying his particular protocol methodology and processes for four years, and conducting hundreds of Phoenix Rising Vibrational Healing sessions with clients.
In addition to Dr. Pula’s vibrational healing practice, following her retirement as a tenured full professor, she founded Pula Communications, devoted to extensive consultation, wordsmithing, editing, and other manuscript completion services. Moreover, she serves as a certified Wholistic NeuroGrowth Learning Success CoachTM, facilitating customized executive functioning, general academic, expert subject matter, and life coaching sessions. In this capacity, she has helped 15 people earn their doctorate degrees.
Also a beauty consultant, she is happily married to a retired middle school specialist. The Pulas and their three cats reside in the healing energy of Meadow Mountain of Garrett County, MD. There Judy currently volunteers at the local library teaching Greek and Roman mythology and has coordinated three years of nursing home adopt-a-grandparent Christmas stocking programs.
She is a Silva Method graduate, a Reiki master, author of several textbooks, a licensed massage therapist, Certified Natural Health Professional, master of Love Healing, and a counseling-trained practitioner with nearly 40 years of intuitive counseling experience.
